Death also Kills Your Address Book

I’ve written previously how all trauma messes with your relationships. How could it be otherwise? Death is the penultimate trauma, so it will mess with your relationships far more than anything else. I call this effect, ‘Address Book Killing’, or maybe better yet, ‘Address Book Death’ (ABD). Maybe ‘Address Book Continual Death’ (ABCD), because while your loved one only dies once, the trauma to you is ongoing, and so is the impact on your ‘Address Book’.
